Junior Associate - Quality Assurance (Twelve Months Fixed Term Contract)

(BASED AT MALABE)

MAS Legato is the Shared Services arm of MAS Holdings, focused on offering Finance and HR services across the organization. The time and operational efficiencies created through a shared services platform makes MAS Legato is a critical component of MAS, as a future-ready organization.  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical support to the operational teams in identifying automation projects and ensure that the teams cover all the automation opportunities in their respective area.
• Completion of automation projects identified using RPAs tools, SAP scripts and Excel macros and ensure that the organization achieves the set productivity targets.
• Ensure that proper documentation is done for all automation projects to maintain the continuity and future improvements.
• Provide regular support to the operational teams in using implemented automation tools.
• Update the management on regular basis on the status of automation projects and ensure that the projects are on track.
• Ensure projects follow the Implementation Methodology and track estimate vs actual
• Study the new technologies in the automation spectrum and ensure that the organization is adopting the latest technology as per the industry standards.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/ Software Engineering
• Experience programming languages i.e.- VB.net, C#, JavaScript & Python
• Experience in RPA Platforms i.e.- UI Path, Automation Anywhere & Blue Prism would be added advantage
• Experience in Microsoft Power Platform/AZ i.e.- Power Automate, Power Bi & PowerApps would be added advantage
